Strawberry Minute Pie
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 pkg. frozen, sweetened sliced strawberries
- 1 (8″) baked pie shell
1. Dissolve gelatin in water. Add unthawed berries; break up with a fork.
2. As berries thaw, gelatin will thicken. When partially set, pour into cooled pie shell.
3. Chill until completely set. Serve with whipped cream. Makes 6 servings.
