- 16-oz. cans pears packed in heavy syrup, drained, liquid discarded
- 1 cup plus
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup
- 6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1. Purée the pears in a food processor.
2. Add the syrup.
3. lemon juice and cream.
4. Pour the mixture into the bowl of the machine and freeze.
Makes about 1 quart.
