Red Lobsters Coconut Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon coconut extract

Instructions:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine pineapple juice, cornstarch and sugar, mixing well to dissolve
    cornstarch.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Boil 1 minute, stirring.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in coconut extract.
  5. Serve warm.
