Recipe  For Power Berry Smoothie

POWER BERRY SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 8 ounce container of vanilla yogurt
  • 2/3 cup uncooked oats
  • 1 cup ice cubes sugar to taste

Description:

1. Place all ingredients except ice in blender.

2. Cover and blend on high for 2 minutes or until smooth.

3. Gradually add ice cubes; blend on high until smooth.

Serve immediately.
