- 1 egg
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 3/4 cup apples, peeled and chopped
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2/3 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Spray with nonstick cooking spray bottom only of 12 medium size muffin cups.
- Beat egg slightly, stir in remaining ingredients just till moistened.
- Divide batter evenly among cups.
- Bake until golden brown, 15 to 17 minutes.
