How To Cook Classic Egg Salad Sandwiches Recipe

Classic Egg Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 8 slices white bread

Description:

1. In a saucepan with enough water to cover boil eggs for 8 to 10 minutes.

2. Rinse in cold water. Peel off shell. Place eggs in a bowl and mash with a fork.

3. Stir in mayonnaise, salt and pepper to blend.

4. Spread on bread to make sandwiches.

Makes 4 servings.
