Healthy  Quick Start Breakfast Drink Recipe

QUICK START BREAKFAST DRINK

Ingredients:

  • 2 C. Pineapple Juice
  • 2 ripe med. bananas, peeled & sliced
  • 2 (8 oz.) cartons vanilla yogurt
  • 1 C. fresh or frozen strawberries
  • ¼ C. wheat germ (opt.)
  • 1 T. vanilla extract

Description:

1. Combine all ingredients in blender.

2. Whir until smooth. (For small blender, do ½ at a time.)

Makes 4 drinks.
