Healthy Banana Spice Smoothie Recipe

BANANA SPICE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons low fat natural yogurt
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey (to taste)
  • 180ml cold milk (low fat or soy may be used) Nutmeg

Description:

1. Place all ingredients, except nutmeg, into a blender and blend until smooth.

2. Pour into a tall glass, sprinkle with nutmeg if desired and serve immediately. For a delicious nutty taste, try adding 1 tablespoon of slivered almonds to the blender.
