- 2 c. macaroni noodles (uncooked)
- 1 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. margarine
- 3 c. milk
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. ham or turkey ham, chopped
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. While the macaroni is still hot, stir in the butter and onion, and then add the ham. Stir in the grated cheese.
Beat the milk and eggs separately. Place the macaroni mixture in a buttered 2-qt. casserole dish and then pour the milk mixture over it. Sprinkle more grated cheese on top.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
