Ingredients:

  • 24 bananas
  • 6 lbs. fresh whole strawberries (6 quarts)
  • 6 lbs. vanilla yogurt (3 quarts)
  • 7 ozs. toasted chopped almonds (1 1/2 cups)

Instructions:

  1. For individual servings; peel and split 1 banana.
  2. Place banana halves in serving bowl.
  3. Top with 4 ozs. (1 cup) fresh strawberries, 4 ozs. (1/2 cup) yogurt, and 1 Tbsp chopped, toasted almonds.
