Lemon Wafer Bars
- 1 cup butter or shortening
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice Flour
1. Cream together the butter or shortening.
2. Add the sugar, the well beaten eggs and the lemon juice.
3. Stir in flour enough to make as soft a dough as can be rolled.
4. Roll very thin and shape with a cutter.
5. Bake in a 380 degree oven for 10 minutes.
